Designing and building your dream home is one of the biggest and most exciting journey you will embark in your life! Our objective is to guide you through every stage, from selecting your perfect design to suit your lifestyle, right through to handing over the keys to your brand new home. Our friendly and dedicated sales consultant will quickly establish an overall understanding of your preferred requirements guiding you towards the right direction and answering all your questions preparing you for the next level.
A tender document detailing all information shall be presented to you, for clarification and acceptance, by our sales consultant. On confirmation of your preferred home design, including all requirements and upgrades, you will be presented with a price estimate. It is at this point your first payment is required to secure your purchase. A $1000.00 layout engagement fee which will include site inspection, site layout plan incorporating your home design showing all necessary dimensions. A tender document, detailing all information shall be documented and presented to you for clarification and acceptance by our sales consultant. On acceptance, it is at this point your second payment of $4000.00 is required for the preparation of the Basix, contour plan, bore hole report including water board, land developer, mine subsidence board and all necessary information required for the next stage. A Consolidated Tender is prepared once all reports and information has been received with any amendments and revisions based on your requirements. Our sales consultant will present the Consolidated Tender and guide you through all the information including all upgrades and excellent value inclusions without any hidden surprises!
This is the stage where you will sign on the building agreement and you will need to pay the 5% deposit, less fees previously paid. Your plans shall be lodged to the council/ certifier for approval. We will provide a copy of your Building Agreement to your financial lender if required.
This is the stage where you will show off your creative skills in making all your colour selections and finishes for your new home. Please provide the design guideline requirements for your land if applicable. Our dedicated colour consultant will contact you for a suitable appointment.
Once your final building approval documentation is received including an Authority to Commence construction, together with all the contract conditions being met, the work on site is scheduled to start within 20 working days.
